SOCRATIC CLASS HOLIDAYS (and High
School Oral Exam Schedule) There will be no
Socratic classes on National holidays: Veteran's
Day - Nov. 11; Thanksgiving - Nov. 28 & 29;
Christmas Break - Dec. 24 - Jan. 1; M.L. King
- Jan. 20; President's Day -Feb. 17; Spring
Break - April 14-18; Memorial Day -May 26. Oral
exams will be scheduled December 16-23, and
May 20-30, so no Socratic classes will be conducted
then (unless a makeup week needs to be scheduled
for an individual class). After any holiday,
classes resume the following week (i.e., the
next available same day of the week [e.g. the
following Monday if a Monday class], not two
weeks later). Occasionally, makeup classes will
be scheduled by Moderators between regularly
scheduled classes; these will be announced by
the Moderators for that class. Thank you.
